      We believe in providing a complete and convenient experience for our customers. That’s why all of our cards are blank on the inside and come envelopes included!

      At P Squared Designs, we are committed to providing high-quality cards and excellent customer service. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase, as all sales are final.

       

      1. No Refunds or Returns

      Due to the personalized and/or delicate nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or provide refunds for purchased items.

      This policy applies to all items, including but not limited to:

       

      1) Customized or personalized cards.

      2) Standard pre-designed cards.

      3) Digital card products (e.g., e-cards, downloadable templates).

       

      2. Damaged or Defective Items

      If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement for the defective product.

      To report a damaged or defective item, contact us at psquareddesigns2@gmail.com with:

      • Your order number.
      • A detailed description of the issue.
      • Photos of the damaged or defective item.

       

    • SHIPPING INFO

      We strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery for all orders. Please review our processing and shipping policy carefully to understand our timelines.

       

      1. Order Processing and Shipping Time

      - Standard Orders: Orders are processed and shipping within 10-14 business days after payment confirmation.

       

      - Customized or Personalized Orders: Due to the unique nature of these items, processing may take up to 14-18 business days.

       

      2) Shipping Price
